Hotel Accomodations
We have arranged a block of rooms at Hotel Aare Thun for our guests, with a special rate of $285 per night for 3 nights (Thursday, October 15 - Sunday October 18). All rooms within this block are reserved under our names, and we will personally coordinate the bookings for each guest who confirms attendance.
RSVP and confirm your stay by July 31, 2026, to be included in our group reservation. A one-night deposit will be processed at the time of your initial RSVP reservation to secure your room. For your convenience, we can securely process credit card payments for the deposit. Upon arrival, the hotel will collect your payment details for the remaining balance.
Room reservation cancellations after September 10, 2026, are non-refundable.
If we do not receive your RSVP by July 31, 2026, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodations. While Thun offers a variety of lovely hotels, availability in the historic Old Town is limited, particularly during the autumn season.
