We have arranged a block of rooms at Hotel Aare Thun for our guests, with a special rate of $285 per night. All rooms within this block are reserved under our names, and we will personally coordinate the bookings for each guest who confirms attendance.

Please RSVP and confirm your stay by July 31, 2026, to be included in our group reservation. A one-night deposit will be processed at the time of your initial RSVP reservation to secure your room. The remaining balance will be due August 31, 2026. For your convenience, we can securely process credit card payments directly when confirming your reservation with the hotel.

Room reservation cancellations after September 10, 2026, are non-refundable. 

If we do not receive your RSVP by July 31, 2026, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodations. While Thun offers a variety of lovely hotels, availability in the historic Old Town is limited, particularly during the autumn season.
