To make travel as seamless as possible, we have arranged a block of rooms at Hotel Aare Thun for our guests. All rooms within this block are reserved under our names, and we will personally coordinate the bookings for each guest who confirms attendance.

Please RSVP and confirm your stay by July 31, 2026, to be included in our group reservation. At check-in, you will provide your personal payment information directly to the hotel to complete your reservation and settle the cost of your stay. 

Should you confirm your attendance but later decide not to join us, the room held in your name will remain your responsibility. As the reservations are secured under our group agreement, we kindly ask that you honor the commitment to your room once confirmed. 

If we do not receive your RSVP by July 31, 2026, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodations. While Thun offers a variety of lovely hotels, availability in the historic Old Town is limited, particularly during the autumn season. 

Our goal is to make your travel and stay as smooth as possible so you can simply relax and enjoy the celebration. We look forward to celebrating with you!
